Welcome to pxGuru. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By using pxGuru, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use pxGuru. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
pxGuru provides image processing tools, subscription plans, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
Some features require payment or a subscription. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

Payment and subscription rules at a glance
All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Subscription plans provide access to premium features and additional credits. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.
We may offer trial periods for subscription plans. Trial subscriptions can be cancelled at any time during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any fee changes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time.
Some services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when using certain features or tools. Unused credits do not expire and are non-refundable.
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except as required by law or in cases of billing errors
- Trial subscriptions can be cancelled at any time during the trial period without charge
- Unused credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between accounts
- We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds in exceptional circumstances such as technical issues preventing service access
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing disputes promptly.
You agree not to:
- Use pxGuru for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload or process content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights
All content, trademarks, and technology on pxGuru are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
pxGuru integrates with third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Replicate, Fal.ai, PostHog, Discord, OAuth providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
pxGuru is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of pxGuru.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pxGuru and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold pxGuru harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to pxGuru at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use pxGuru will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via our website or email. Continued use of pxGuru after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pxGuru operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
